suicide motel room, forest park, ohio

come to me. come to me. come to me,
in this room thick
with sodomy and libel
blow over me
like cincinnati smokestacks
belching clouds
as black
as any bible.
when the darkness of the day
lays undiminished,
when i’m spent and finished
flaccid in idiot’s
grin
and half thought thoughts
of lovers love abandoned
this half-assed halfway house
comes closing
in,
and death and lysol’s smells
will not erase
either one another
or
this time and place.
nor this
antiseptic travellers’
tomb.
this forest park, ohio
motel room.

  2. Stopping by to check out your new site. This is especially impressive – the film is as good, if not better than anything you did on MySpace (although it is a bit of mish-mash of previous styles, don;t you think?). Still, love what you have done with the place and miss you much “back home”

  3. Rocking the vid, Seb. You’re cutting up all over the place! you do like the lonesome loser suicide poem, though, don’t you?

  4. Oh wow. Grim as all buggery, but the best film you have done and I love the off kilter music. Like a Hitchcock film.
